PolicyStat Search Issue 1/26/26

We are currently experiencing an issue with our search service that impacts documents edited or created since 6:00 AM ET today . Due to an interruption with our indexing tool, recent document updates are not being re‑indexed .

What this means for you

  • Search results may not reflect the most up‑to‑date versions of documents edited after 6:00 AM ET.
  • Newly created documents may not appear in search results.
  • Existing documents created before this time remain searchable, but may not show recent changes.

Our team is actively working on it

We are collaborating with our service provider to restore full indexing functionality as quickly as possible. Once resolved, all delayed updates and new documents will be indexed and appear normally in search.
